Well the last few days (well only two actually) have been a bit stressful because Garbo decided he was going to be a bit of a toad mid-getting-on-the-float, and eat grass instead (much better idea he thought). Strange how suddenly he became a bit of a challenge after 13 float trips! Julie loaded him this morning with a bit of a bun flight with a dressage whip (much to my stress) and then it was up to Helen and I to get him on to come home. We had a great idea - lets use a carrot - and he went straight on as if to say - "Come on - I'm hungry - food will do it every time". Simple.
Anyway - new drama - have no saddle that fits and $4000 Albion got the thumbs down from the Equine Physio. Bummer - have to scratch from my inaugural dressage competition this weekend.
