I decided since I didn't really have a vet here, to use Haydon Afford, since he and Linda bred Garbo - it seemed only fitting! Haydon gave Garbo a tetnus shot and checked his feet for me, as well as a few other bits and pieces. He was happy with him overall and said he was in good shape. He even filed down his teeth and Garbo was brilliant - no sedation needed! He was pleased to see him again and I think Garbo felt comfortable with a familiar face too (or smell).
All that for $80.
