Well we sold our house - it seemed painful at the time but after 6 weeks of marketing and open homes we got an unconditional offer, and now looking back - it didn't seem too bad after all.
So - that means we will soon own (in a month) our very own 3.5 acres. I am going to set up a track system for my boys, and we will build a barn and live in it for a while while we build our house. That means - as of April 18 my boys will be at home!!
I have started trying to get Blue ready for the float so it's a happy loading day - no stress for either of us.
