Today was Garbo's 9th birthday. Although it wasn't planned that way - we went to the forest with Viv and Impy. This picture was taken at the beginning of the ride. Garbo was very tired by the end of the three hour hack - he slept ALL DAY the next day. We mostly walked but quite fast and alot of the tracks are sand so it's quite hard going - we did trot for little bursts too. Garbo had a huge roll in the sand rolling pit afterwards - and the sand is black (Muriwai) so he ended up looking like a paint horse.
A bit about me (Vicki) and my horses and what we get up to. One of my horses is a Palomino (called Garbo) born 16th Sept 1997, and my baby is a Skewbald gelding called Maraschino born 4th October 2006. Then lastly I rescued a mini called Coco.
