Today Fiona Cameron came over to do some 'bravery' training with Garbo (and I to some extent). She calls it desensitising and the reason I got her to come and do a session with us was because lately Garbo has been spooking at things he would never have spooked at 8 months ago. In a sense he had become less brave and I wanted to figure out why and what I could do to help.
Fiona said he was actually very brave and that with what she was doing alot of 'spooky' horses would already be at the other end of the arena. She said he was nosey and that's a good thing when it comes to investigating new things.
