The boys have been enjoying not having covers on the last couple of days. Garbo especially loves getting covered in mud. I have been putting lime sand in the gateways, so that it gives it a bit of substance for the winter. It's actually been quite warm but I have had them in the yards at night for the last week to try and give the paddocks a break over night. Also means they can eat grass in the day and hay in the yards so I don't waste hay putting it in the paddocks.
