This halter takes away the pressure on the poll and makes it easier to direct your horse. This is a picture of Garbo and I trying out some of the groundwork. It was the first time I have done a new type of method with him where he hasn't got all pissy at me. He was very relaxed. We left Garbo and Noddy in a nice paddock overnight at the clinic and it was just as well - the neighbours where we graze let off really loud pyrotechics and one horse ran through three fences.
