Well the rain has arrived! And the wind! We have had about 2 sunny days in the last 7 days - this was one of them - I decided to go to Royal Oak and it was so calm and sheltered there - and actually quite warm.
I did some lunging and some clicker training with Garbo - we went right round the bridle path using the clicker - every time he stayed calm in situations like; horse galloping up to him (loose) in next paddock, walking through a group (herd, flock?), of sheep - I would click and treat. Ended up having a very calm loose lead rope walk right round. We even did some little jumps up and down off the bank.
